Mrs. Dorothy E. Miles, 89, passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2010, at Winston Medical Center in Louisville, Mississippi. Visitation will be at Nowell-Massey Funeral Home in Louisville on Saturday, October 9, 2010, from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2010, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses with Bro. Herbert Woods and Bro. Eric Moore officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Miles was a housewife and a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. She is survived by four sons, Silas Wesley Miles of Brandon, Mississippi, Sammy Joe Miles of Louisville,Mississippi, Steven Anthony Miles of Philadelphia, Mississippi, and Stanley Ray Miles of Meridian, Mississippi; two sisters, Audrey Mae Woods of Las Vegas, Nevada and Marjorie Ruth Crow of Arkansas; one brother, W. J. Edwards, Jr. of Texas; 11 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Miles and her brother, Charles Thomas Miles. Pallbearers will be friends.
